    GoUSC you may want to check out 12735 Fairbrook.

    It is scheduled to go to trustee sale on 3/30/09. Not sure if it has been delayed or not but I “think” the judgement amount is 628k. Not sure what the starting bid will be for the home and for all I know it may be a junker.

    Just thought you may want to take advantage of that tip.

    12735 Fairbrook is probably a real nice house. It was completely burned down in 2003. A new custom 3200 sq ft house in that area would be a steal for less than $700K.

    I doubt that you’ll ever get such a steal. The homes in that area go for about $800k min. now. Zillow.com lists the value of this home at around $779k.

    I doubt that you’ll ever get such a steal. The homes in that area go for about $800k min. now. Zillow.com lists the value of this home at around $779k.
