    I won’t bore Piggs by arguing with you on here but will say that the particular property you “stalked” wasn’t situated as to be a “comparable” to a property with heavy “freeway noise.”

    You may “continue on” by talking to yourself if you wish, but I wouldn’t keep posting that thread if I were you. You would be best served to edit your posts.

    I’m pretty set on buying a place in Playas (the beach area of Tijuana) in the next two years – probably in Puesta del Sol. I don’t spend enough time in San Diego to justify paying California taxes anymore, but I’ll keep my condos here.

    If I didn’t need to have a secondary home base close to the border (San Diego – for ease of travel/work issues), I’d seriously consider living in La Paz (Baja Sur). Very safe, great weather and beaches, decent-size city and very inexpensive.

    I’ve neglected Mexico. It’s a shame because Mexico is just next door and traveling to Mexico is closer than going to San Francisco, Las Vegas, or Arizona.

    I need to visit more often.
