    Recently went to Red Robin and thought what I was opting was for the healthy option and selected a BBQ Chicken Caesar wrap. Not too bad I thought, when I get back I see the nutrition and it says this damn wrap has 1,237 calories…HOLY CRAP! With the 8-9 fries that they give the calories go upto a whopping 1,527!!! Good grief, no wonder there is such an obesity epidemic in this country.

    I never in my wildest dreams thought a chicken wrap could have over 1200 calories!

    Check that BBQ sauce, that is why it tastes so good. Also, look for cheeses. Ceasar salad is not like eating spring greens with lite Italian.

    They make this food for a reason. You THINK healthy and it tastes good, so you come back.

    The wrap itself is all starch and full of calories. The BBQ sauce is loaded with sugar (that’s why is so “tasty”). Caesar salad dressing is like mayo: mostly fat.

    The chicken part was light, but the wrap, the sauce, the salad dressing are all JUNK!

    I don’t even eat animals any more, except for the ocassional fish.
