OT: Is it just me or is this really sleezy?

My daughter’s dance studio is top rated and wins all kinds of national awards. However, in my opinion, some of their recital and competition dance numbers for the girls (mostly ages ~9-16) are really sleezy. So far my daughter hasn’t been in one of the sleezy numbers or we would have been out of there a while ago. I’ve talked to the director about it and she doesn’t seem to care, and from what i understand all of the studios are like this.
