an
ParticipantIntel might be late to the whole SoC game but they’re not down and out. They’re currently doing very well and they know that’s the one area they need to invest greatly in and they are. They’ll be a big player in 1-2 year is my guess. Nvidia on the other hand might score well w/ the Tegra 2 but we’ll see where they’ll be in a year or 2 when TI/Intel/QCOM/Samsung comes out with similar performance chip.

ParticipantWell intel announces earnings after the bell. Anyone want to take a guess? I say they choke….Crappy products, crappy business, no mobile story…. That’s what i think…
ARM and Nvidia seem to be doing quite well today….
ARM Holdings, plc 26.72 Up 2.70 (11.24%)
NVIDIA Corporation( 23.61 Up 0.26 (1.10%)I guess it helps with Android up and running mainstream and mostly running ARM architecture and windows tablets to run ARM, and nvida having a tablet graphics processors.
Wow, intel/amd is pretty screwed. Not looking good at all…
