That’s true, you have better options in 4$ than just the 15, however, for the price, I think the lot was bigger at Shadetree, if I remember right. I’m so puzzled on the one on Shadetree. How can somone take it off the market, not sell, not rent, just have it be empty and pay on that 800k+ loan. WTH. Got some deep pockets. How long can that last? I thought the prop tax wasn’t paid on it. Yet there’s no NODs on it. I thought it would be BOM by now.
Anyway, whenever this one in 4$ sells, certainly going to drag down the others a little more. You and your wife will have your pool party yet. Still offering to bring sunscreen, and maybe champagne to celebrate π
