You would not believe how crappy this place looks in person. I know there is furniture and belongings in the photos, but I don’t think anyone is living there now. The longer it sits the more it’s going to drag 4S down.
I remember from my real estate days how vacancy can produce undue wear on a house; far more than if people were actually living there. I think this place is a clear demonstration of that phenomenon.
