I realize we already have a couple threads related to F&F. But thought I would start this one for specific discussion related to what the impact of this is on taxpayers, especially those that don’t need the foreclosure bailout because they are still waiting to buy. It seems pretty unfair to penalize this pool of people when they were more prudent and not buying into the housing bubble.
