Mira Mesa on fire-prices have started increasing

OK, you win flu. I do have AC. I like to be super comfortable inside my house, so I don’t want it to be hotter than 73 degrees and colder than 70 degrees. The hottest days over the last 3 years, it gotten to about 78 inside the house and that’s just way too hot for me.

Also, yes, I can pitch a tent in the back yard. For that matter, I can pitch a tent in my front yard if I wanted to :-P.

Just checked 40 recent sales and 8 had offsite mailing addresses (almost all at the low end). 3 were cash buys by obvious flipper groups. 1 looked like a guy buying something for a family member or ex-wife. 1 looked like local folks buying rental for cash or for a family member to live in. 3 were bought all cash by the same family (likely as rentals) who own a successful local business.

You can afford the fines??? ME, I’m maxxed out, I can’t even afford the HOA’s fine…I got fined one time for not mowing the lawn, because well I can’t afford a gardener and I can’t afford a mower…So I ended up leaving it uncut, and then got fined for an unmowed lawn…Then in desperate move, I stopped watering my lawn and it turned brown…Fined again.. So then I got out a can of green spray paint, and well kept up appearances…Fined again for using the wrong shade of green. They didn’t tell me it couldn’t be neon green…
