Cool house jp. However, looks like the sellers are delusional. Upgrades or not, how can you expect to get 50% higher than the Nov 2003 price? Really?

Yeah. I was thinking it was optimistic of them. I mean, rates are going up. And aren’t we supposed to be at 2003/2004 levels. And unemployment numbers still aren’t looking so great. The area is right across from government housing. Plus, it’s not a Mills Act, surprisingly. But it is a huge, multi-zoned lot w/a view. I hope whoever buys it is not a developer who will mow it down.
It’s probably a good thing I don’t have the money to buy it b/c if I did, my emotions would take over and I’d pay full LP for it. My brain would never forgive me. LOL.
