I closed last month for a refi thru SDCCU after checking with Costco Lending Tree (several different brokers offer bids); a mortgage broker in Mission Viejo; Citimortgage (prior 1st mortgage); & MissionFCU – SDCCU offered best terms. Very professional folks!
Got badly burned by discrepant fees between GFE & final closing costs about 10 years ago by a mortgage broker – some of those people give used car salesmen a good name!!!
