It’s doubtful that he has the resources to pursue a case all the way to trial.I wonder if the providers of fraud management solutions are being sued left and right by their clients for non-performance. And with mortgage companies folding every day, I’m sure software companies are losing a lot of support related income, not to mention sales revenue.
