I emailed a SEH realtor and she said,”It sold internally within 6 days. The property is in escrow at just below list.”

May 6, 2009 at 11:34 AM #393785outtamojoParticipantHuh? Does “sold internally” mean it wasn’t an arm’s length transaction or the listing agent was also the buyers agent?

4000 sqft for $200/sqft, that means $800k. easily doable in 4S or Stonebridge in Scripps, much better schools and closer to the city. 30 minutes on the commute as well, and you are not dependent on the slow go of the I5 most of the way.
[/quote]Much better school (singular) – as in “high school”. Elementary and middle schools in SEH and Stonebridge are tied.
San Elijo Hills climate beats Stonebridge by a wide margin. $800k house in SEH comes with an ocean view. There are two houses listed under $900k in Stonebridge right now, they both back up against Stonebridge Parkway. Third cheapest is listed for 975.
