ParticipantAndalusia (2200 to 3400 sqt) sells around low 600k to mid 600k. Maybeck set the same price and sold out last year and only model house left on market. So, the price should be attractive. But it is not only the price issue. It also depends on the floor plan , incentive, mello roll, mortgage rate at the time buyer buys it and close 5-6 months later. Also, first time buyer or home owner tax credit will be gone after April-June. All these issues can slow down the heat from last year.
