Participantsdnerd congrats. I was amazed at the number of people there on the model opening. The sellouts of the first phase by no means surprise me. It will be interesting to see phase 2 and 3. Good luck.

Single story is nice, but it seems not very popular on the release last week. In my opinion, the floor plan of the single story is a little bit weired. E.g. bedrooms are kind of segregated which is not family friendly with little babies.
BTW, does anyone know how long you have to pay Mello-Roos for 4S Ranch?
