ParticipantI think about things like what it would actually be like to live in any house that I would sell. Most agents will just keep their mouths shut and let you buy anything you like. Just as many dont know any better or think as thoughtfully as I do.
I wont get into too much but the death knell would be a pool in an east facing yard. That yard is cold and dark most of the day. In anything but the hottest of summer days that pool is barely usable. You and most people would be miserable under those circumstances. There is more but i wont get into it. There are so many intangibles that most buyers or their agents dont begin to bring to the table. I guess thats a big part of what makes me different. I actually care that my clients love the homes they purchase…………….

ParticipantThanks for the feedback SD Realtor. I like the area a lot but I think I would wait a while to buy a house in this area at a better price. sdr thinks the bottom for a house like this is around 640K. What do you think?
