Went to 4S Pienza yesterday and got the price for the following house:
Plan 2901 $755.9K
Plan 3212 $780.7K
Plan 3365 $795.4K
It looks like the price has gone up comparing to the original post. Price needs to be in the low or mid 600K before I consider that area due to high Mello Roos.
