Officially, I’ll put a clause limiting guests to n days in the lease. Unofficially, I really don’t want to know, so long as nothing else bad is going on. I’d rather have a happy tenant than a love-starved, irritable tenant who moved out of his/her home only to encounter a new helichopper parent.
