If it would help at all to show your wife hard data about sales prices then many of us on this site can provide it for you. There are a few realtors here like myself who can email you data straight from the MLS which shows clear downtrneds…Perhaps showing her the data would help…. In my own world sometimes (okay alot of times) I dedicate to much time to my jobs, and even sites like this and I know that irritates my wife….

I would agree with most of the statements…in response to your posting. I would presume there are more deep rooted issues…Hang in there…
