My girlfriend and I should be getting the keys to our first house tomorrow. I wanted to thank all of you here for the great information I have been able to sponge for the last 2 years. I’m sure that prices will drop some for the next couple of years, but it’s a house we liked that we can afford. We got a decent rate on the loan, and I think we’ll make it into a nice home for the two of us.
