    i signed up for an email list for 4S Ranch development updates a while back.

    Andalusia and Monteluz are two of the latest developments, and they start at the low 600s and high 600s.

    The latest email I got was about an extension for prequalification, so i’m guessing they don’t the level of interest they were looking for.

    Anyone see these? Are they that overpriced? From the posts around here, i thought there were a lot of CV engineers waiting for something in this price range.
