ParticipantSorry, I’m not too familiar w/the subtleties. It all looks the same to me. I can’t bring myself to buy there.
I swear, sometimes I consider getting a place in the area there, and then I do the math and I just can’t swallow a minimum of $800 a month in taxes and Mello Roos and HOAs. That is a sh*t load of money every month to live out there. I can’t bring myself to do it. You’re not even near the beach. You’re not near downtown. I just can’t do it. Not worth it to me.
But I guess if you have kids, the schools are supposed to be the best. Sacrifices.

Yes, places like 4S/RB, Poway, Scripps Ranch are not right for you. You should look in PB.
