    Proof that seller sentiment has still not changed a lot which is why prices are still staying flat. We are still well in the denial stage. This one has a LONG way to go.

    Well, 12 months ago that % would have been a lot higher than 60% no? I’d say progress has been made.

    Just wait and see what the number is when next summer is over and the inventory of unsold homes is even higher and sales are at a record low.
