Participant$90/sf with a view. Great job!
Hope you stick around. For me, your posts are the highlight of these forums. Insightful, funny, informative and always a great demeanor.

ParticipantWell, the easy part is over.
Let’s hope that Obama can live up to his promise. And let’s hope that we Americans can help him live up to it.
One thing I’d like to see his leadership accomplish is for it to help us to drift away from this “one side against the other” mentality that pervades this country, as illustrated on this forum. It’s our country, and we apparently all love it. But fighting each other accomplishes nothing to make it a better country. If we Americans, politicians especially, took all the time and energy that we spend bickering with and attacking each other and trying to spin things our way and spent it on seeing our problems as they are (not spinning), rationally discussing them and coming up with solutions for them, we might have a shot at turning this country around sooner rather than later.

ParticipantEconomic Left/Right: -3.12
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.56I’m surprised my economic score was that far left. I think before the lack of regulation of financial institutions caused so many problems, I’d have answered a few of those questions differently. Probably both scores would’ve moved, the first further right and the second further towards libertarian.
Just for fun, I took the test for G.W. Bush. The answer came back, “you must be retarded.” There was no grin or anything.

Great posts on McCain. Suddenly a ray of hope (g).
John[/quote]
I find this quite funny. John, the reason they post that way about mazeltov is that the post he made is a ridiculous claim without any evidence to back it up, just like the ones you make. But it’s about McCain instead of Obama, so you don’t see the similarity. Do you?
