Participant

That question isn’t spectacularly difficult. It’s a trig question. Also you failed to post the diagram that goes with it.
Whoa!!! Look at all those buttons!!! OMG HOW COULD ANYONE HANDLE THAT OMG!!!! NUCLEAR MISSILE SUPER IQ WOWZ!!!
Even without the diagram, if it’s so obvious how to solve it, you can walk through how to solve it without the diagram. Right?
And I sure hope you keep that attitude the next time you fly the friendly skies…
It’s not a trig question. It could be answered with trig, of course, but trig isn’t required. And it’s not a difficult question at all(if you have all the required info, which isn’t given here). Any 8th grader who had average intelligence and had received the proper instruction could answer that question.

ParticipantAt work we use operating initials. Mine are zk. I picked those because there weren’t many left to choose from when I got there.
It’s short and sweet and easy to remember, which is I guess why I use it here.

ParticipantI’ve been here at least 4 years. Since the days of premium content and the old white-background format.
Used to post a lot, not so much anymore. Looking back at some of my earlier posts, I’m not quite sure how I had so much time on my hands.
I would frequently type “housing bubble” in google, and surprisingly little would come up. Piggington was always there, though, and the data and the analysis really made sense. That and Rich’s sense of humor kept me coming back. One of my favorites was his description of Roger Ferguson’s glasses as “calamitously nerdy.”
