I heard Laurel Ridge Homes in Lakeside ($440k-$530k) have no MR or HOA. There are 24 units there, about half built.

Anyone know anything about this development? The price seems reasonable; downside is obviously the location/commute.

Are they new construction though? I couldn’t find any new constructions in Poway (not counting multi-million dollar homes).
