ParticipantNo second thoughts, we love the layout and the neighborhood and even the views aren’t bad from our lot (hills, not ocean of course) – we’re happy with our purchase and far prefer it to anything we saw in San Elijo in that price range. City Ventures (a new venture backed developer) picked up the distressed project from KB and is completing it – our experience with them has been great so far and the construction appears to be solid (although I’m no expert). We’ve done our research on the area, schools, etc. – it just seems like these are $100K underpriced and we can’t figure out why and wondered what others might know about it.

ParticipantCan someone please recommend a good website for San Diego rentals that is easy to search (i.e. not Craig’s List)?
Thank you.
