Are we forgetting that $750k house was briefly and very temporarily pushed to that level because of many fraudulent and dumbass individuals. It’s funny to see some think they are getting the house for half off at $375k. IMO you are getting it for damn near what the normal market fundamentals should have it at. That is why so many will continue to buy over the next two years only to find out a year later that they caught a falling knife.

ParticipantSD Chris- Not sure what you are trying to do here. Each post similar to this one is going to get a similar response that they all do….priced too high, don’t buy. Just wait a few years.
Also, if you do happen to run a property that is a “steal” past the piggs for opinion, one of them is most likely to purchase it before you can.

ParticipantBoth Real Estate & Financial Planning have always been filled with people who don’t know what they are talking about and will do anything to earn a quick buck. Large commissions come from big dollars products (homes & annuities/insurance)
I’m done with the sob stories of consumers getting ripped off because most likely that consumer was not patient and didn’t do any due diligence. Why would anyone give a $500k portfolio or a listing of a $500k home to somebody who just started in the industry….Sorry but they aren’t getting my business
