I inspect roofs for large shingle/roll manufacture. Do not get a warranty from a roofer their life spans are 2 years in this economy. Get an authorized roofer to install a manufacture warranty they hold their worth. Do not get an asphaltic product on a light sloping portion (under 2″/12″ pitch) go with a reflective single ply. If you really want good info send me an email if you really want a good roof.

They could just let them out of the lease early. They dont need to go through this ordeal with them at all. Dont like 99% of all short sales require you to stop paying for three months (this is all common sense nocommonsence btw)? So whos the bad guy? Did doublewide get to stop paying for three months? My wifes pregant and I dont worry about going through those kind of issues because in the mood she is in she would beat the living s&!t outta me. People need to grow up and stop gamblin sometime heart or not.

I still love the ashtray on the table bit though!
