Lot is 1 acre zoned for horses. 2.5 horses are allowed per half acre so I can put 5 on mine. All is useable with the 2 tiers I currently have. No freeway noise and a decent view of city lights below.

Was it permitted?? Is your side of the st connected to sewer? Off the top of my head, I can’t quite remember how this is in that little pocket.

No addition done its a 5 bdrm track home with about 10 made total between my street and some made in upland. I also have my cabin video on that same channel which I rehabbed for 25k.
