So even though we have buyers on Crescent and Sundance making unbelievably terrible purchases, let’s go up past the town center and see what’s happening near Questhaven…where the Mello Roos will hit you around $4500.

I guess my only advice is not to buy on Brightwood. Oh, and maybe tell your friends on Grain Mill and Citrine that they won’t be able to fetch a profit in these conditions.
