    south of CS: I’m looking at the general area north of Sandburg Park.

    what about the area east of Carmel Ruiz compare to west side?

    hi fellow piggs, I try to understand the price different ( >$100k ) between N & S of Calle Cristobal. Is it because the North-side has newer and larger Sq. Ft.?

    alright, lets speculate the final sale price would be, I think around $300k.
