SDR- yep. more or less my vibe… a bit of sketchiness there. Seems to come down to education background. Sometimes I wonder how come my old man, a HS dropout, was such a good reader, preched Emerson and Thoreau and had a better vocab than most of my HS techers and University professors… strange.

SD realtor… the BTB and I will be living in that area of RP as renters for a spell, she lives a few blocks from the doubletree… and for the last couple months I have been trying to get a feel for the ‘hood…
is it sketchy? Am curious to hear your feelings on this.

anyone who stuck that paper before her to be signed was
a) smarter than she was
and b) a scumbag…
quality humans simply do not take advantage of persons of lesser intelligence to line their own pockets.
buyer beware and all that, sure… it holds up for those who have someone to TELL them that… or who learned it somehow… or who are smarter.
Is it her responsibility in the end? yup.

Was checking out Escondido and there look to be decent pads approaching the $400k range.

hey, I am, in no way, shape or formula, into stuccobox McMansions ( wouldnt be even if i could afford one, which i caint )
the BTB and I are gonna be scouting 3/2 prolly in the 1500 sq/ft range… she’s got a bee in her bonnet about a nice size yard…
am not against CUTE… but in excess of $500 sq/ft and less than 800 sq/ft…?
I guess I’m spoiled…am 6′ 1″ and like to be able to do yoga on my floor without knockin’ over lamps and rearranging furniture…
