According to Zillow Research, the rent in San Marco has only gone up by 2.8% for the past year. This is lower than the San Diego region which went up by 4.1%.
Zillow is predicting the rent hike will slow to
1.4% this year.http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/2016/jan/22/zillow-rent-prediction-2016/
utcsoxParticipant
wow, I’m surprised how much money Ben Carson raised. Who the heck are his supporters?
Evangelical.
utcsoxParticipantBump. Here is what Senator Marco Rubio did tonight. I still think he will win the nomination and the presidency.
utcsoxParticipantWe are less than 48 hours until Donald Trump wins his first delegates….
utcsoxParticipantAudi, which is owned by VW, shall be able to tell you what you need to pass the smog test….
utcsoxParticipantSean Trende of the RealClear Politics has a three-part series about the rise of Donald Trump. I have to admit Trump is a lot more electable than I first think he is. I can see why the Republican establishment is warming up to him…..
Here are the links below; I highly recommend reading it.

It is far more interesting to predict if the “Wall Street” or “Main Street” candidate win the Republican nomination. But if you have to bet, the casino will always win. Marco Rubio will be the Republicans nominee and likely the 45th President of the United States.
December 20, 2015 at 5:28 PM in reply to: Contractor recommendation to Install a Built-In Microwave #792737utcsoxParticipant

The microwave I had in the cabinet died on me. I went to Lowe’s and they told me they don’t do “custom installation”. Anyone here knows a good contractor that will do installation of countertop microwave with trim kit inside the cabinet? Thanks.
Is this a microwave or microwave/oven dual unit? FWIW, my “dead” microwave (it’s micro/oven dual unit) was to cost me at least $1500 to get a new one. After some research, I got a handyman to replace the magnetron for a few hundred bucks and it’s been as good as new.
This is a countertop microwave with the trim kit. The problem is the standard trim kit width is 25.5” long; and this is about 1.5” longer than the cut out box that I have. The solution to solve this problem is to order a customize trim kit from a company in Orange County called Micro-Trim. I will give them a call.
utcsoxParticipant

the Trump wing (~25% of the party)
That’s the most interesting part. How would you define the Trump wing and how it affects future Republican politics?
~25%? Stop being so disrespectful. According to the latest poll, Trump’s Republican Support Rises to 35%.
And.. two-thirds of Republicans back Trump’s Muslim proposal.

41% now, a new High in a high quality national poll.

right. divergent opinions are automatically trollish.

Piggington is full of libs, leftist govt workers, marxists and socialists; so yes of course views to the contrary are often considered trollish.
Thankfully there exists a magical place called Temecula. Just far enough away from the ‘coastal’ leftists.
This is actually a “NMBLA Board in disguise”. How can you left out this critical feature out when you talk about this board?
