Are you sure you want to spend the cost of a bathroom remodel on a flight? If you’re taking the whole family it can be expensive out of your pocket.
As one who travels frequently, I have found the way to make it easy. Don’t fret about the boring long hours of flight ahead. Don’t try to find entertainment.
Wear earplugs and eye mask, close your eyes, think about whatever fancies you, and you will fall asleep. There’s nothing like sleep to make a flight pass quickly. Plus you’ll arrive refreshed.[/quote]
I wish that worked for me. It doesn’t.
I love flying. I’m just a terrible sleeper on planes. On the way there I’m too excited by the trip. On the way home, I’m busy going over in my mind the highlights of the trip. My husband and kids sleep much better than me…And if I had $5M, I wouldn’t have to worry about the binary choice of bathroom remodel or first class. Since I don’t have $5M, I choose coach. But dream of those flat beds at the front of the plane.

ParticipantI try to buy healthy food…organic when possible and not too much more. I don’t shop at Whole
Paycheckbecause it’s too expensive and often doesn’t have what I want.I shop at Henry’s, I shop at Costco (which carries a surprising amount of organic stuff), I shop at Traders, I hit the farmers market in La Jolla on Sundays, I even shop at OB People’s… which is walking the walk a lot more than Whole Foods… but hard to get to if you live in the north county.
Bristal Farms is just as bad as Whole Foods… too expensive.
I’m not surprised there are disgruntled employees. It’s a BIG corporation.

ParticipantAnother point.
If the inspection uncovers something big – and the seller refuses to fix it, it’s worth reminding them that they MUST disclose this to future buyers.
This won’t be a consideration on easy fixes… but lets say there’s mold, or significant water damage… The house is now much harder to sell without these items remediated.
For some reason the sellers agents don’t always convey this to the sellers unless prompted. And I’ve seen sellers reconsider when they realize they need to fix or disclose to any new buyers.
