I’ve also got an attic fan – it works GREAT. (And is a big reason why we don’t need AC.)

We probably won’t put in AC – but our granny flat has it… (and MUCH better insulation.) If it gets hot I’ll be hangin’ with the in-laws. LOL.It works – my mother in law is a fabulous Italian cook.

ParticipantI’m pretty sure our 2 year old furnace is a Goodman.
Our old heater was original to the house – so it last over 40 years… I’d call that a good run.
No AC for us… we’re too cheap and coastal enough to get away with it.
