We are already seeing degree deflation, just give it a few years after it’s free.

Dumb money does not mean your dumb, it just means your a retail investor.

Smart money just means professional fund managers/agencies/brokers/banks etc…

IMO we are still a long way from 2004-7 as far as mortgages.

IMO the main difference is Dumb money is sitting this one out.

And interest rates are at historic lows and falling.
Plus no one seems interested in taking the punch bowl away.

IMO nowadays there are so many pension funds public and private dependent on the market, they (the fed etc..) will do almost anything to keep the market from a steep decline.

But I am lousy at the market so maybe flu is the most correct.

Or maybe just wait for E. Warren to get elected LOL.

IMO Goats are incredible machines as well,

They turn unwanted vegetation into milk and meat.

I just mean (by run over) is, you are not going to save the planet by self sacrifice and it is mostly a useless gesture.

You need to do some real engineering if you want to solve this.

All that meat would need to be replaced by some other food source and it would have some cost on the environment as well.

IMO eating less food has more of an effect on aging than being a strict vegetarian.

If you are a strict vegetarian (or vegan) you probably need to supplement with Carnosine or bata alanine but may be you would not be a strict vegetarian at that point.

All this self sacrifice although maybe admirable are fairly useless.

Having fewer kids just means we will get run over by the developing worlds population (by Billions over the next 50 years).
