It was flawless and the entire experience was more than satisfactory. The ladies in the HD flooring department were great and HD employee Kristina made sure I saw the installation diagram. She assured me the JW Installations subcontractors were skilled and would perform a professional installation, and they did. I have only good comments about Home Depot. I have a lot of prior exposure to carpet installs (over 1000 of them!) and I know the difference between good and bad work and this work was good.
