Been told Ignite Carlsbad wont be back either

Where will all the Tinder first dates go now ;)
More importantly, where will all the Viasat employees go after work?
Check out Del Lusso’s if you haven’t already. Good food, comfortable out door space you can distance from others and owner is a great guy. Not a huge place but I like it there
Just checked them out on google maps, we’ll hit it up. That Neapolitan Pizza looks delicious.

Ah! The old Tuscany location became the Black Rail! We’ll have to try that too!

Up the road from me. My backyard is better. Certainly better wine. Happy to entertain you to soften the blow
We’ll take you up on that after this thing is over!

svelteParticipantIn SF, one in thirteen renters have broken their lease and fled the city.
This could get bad.

I haven’t seen on-edge race car drivers kneeling on people’s necks and killing them.or trigger happy and lying about what happens next.
Sigh. I’m getting tired of explaining things to you.
Even the articles you quote say that the SS drink machine had been cleaned and therefore may have contained some cleaning agents, pointing to the officers making an honest mistake because – tada – they are on edge. NASCAR thought a simple door pull was a noose, when it was actually just a door pull, is because – tada – they are on edge.
Why the h*ll you’d insert kneeling into that conversation I have no idea. Except it allows you to point out that incident once again.

Ever visit the St Francis Wood/Sherwood Forest neighborhood? Within city limits and fairly accessible, but also very suburban. One of the nicest neighborhoods I’ve ever been in. It is expensive of course, but not as much as I expected.
I have driven through it once or twice and it certainly looks intriguing.
Looking through there on Zillow right now, its 2.5M to 3.5M to live there. Which is expensive but compared to the rest of SF does appear to be less than I would have expected.
It looks quite live-able, except for a car guy like me who likes a huge garage. I know I’m unusual.
svelteParticipantLower Manhattan emptying out
“You have literally three to four moving trucks a day I’m seeing in this neighborhood, people moving out,” he said. “What scares me is that even if office [business] does come back, they’re realizing now they don’t need so much space.”
svelteParticipantlol.
On another topic, isn’t “white karen” redundant?
svelteParticipant
Questions for those who think that suburbia is a superior lifestyle:
Do you ever go on vacation to another suburbia? Except for Disney or to visit relatives?
I’m not sure the relevance of this question. Are you insinuating we desire to live where we go on vacation? I can tell you that isn’t true for sure. I like to visit San Francisco, but I would never want to live there.
If suburban sprawl is what consumers demand, then why not let the free market dictate what gets built? Dense developments would not be financially viable for lack of residents.
Did anyone on here argue against free markets dictating what gets built? Don’t think I heard anyone say that.

when i was broke in nyc it sucked so bad.
I can imagine. Having to walk by first class restaurants, nightclubs, stores. kind of like rubbing salt in the wound.
At least when I was broke I lived in little burgs where most everyone else was broke too. It kinda felt normal.

Josh
It’s not. You just have exceeded the number of free articles per month…
Just because he’s exceeded his free articles doesn’t mean it’s not behind a paywall. ?
