I don’t remember if it was on this site, but there have been threads before about how flips don’t turn out nearly as good as they portray on the air on FTH.

It sounds as if you’ve done your homework and if you are right, they won’t get what they think they’ll get once it is finished.

If that is the case, maybe if you’re patient you can get it, completely rennovated, for a song here in a year or so.

Wow, I had no idea there were two others (TG and GoUSC) on this board who were both car nuts needing a huge garage, yet 100% on board with helping the environment and mass transit.

Those positions seem like an oxymoron, but they really aren’t. I finally got my huge garage and it is fab-u-lous! I have no idea how people live in homes w/just 2 or 3 bays!

I just wanted to say cheers guys…keep on caring…and driving.
