Markzuber, you must be referring to “Canopypark” and not “Stoney Creek”. The Stoney Creek homes have a small backyard. Standard Pacific is offering some great deals right now.

They are just not selling right now! BTW, are you also buying a “Canopypark” home? Fengshui is very important and I think this development fulfills the criteria of having good “fengshui”.

Thank you for your reply. We went out there today and they have a couple Models 6 and 4 available. They offered a 6% incentive for closing cost or upgrades and lowered the price to $379k on a Model 6 home! One of the homes fell out of escrow after the potential buyer upgraded the home already! Selling homes in the current market must be quite painful! Given the current slow market we should be able to get a great deal…
