ParticipantSure it can. Employment in places like SD drives demand.
During recessions, people tend to double up or stay put in secondary cities.
And, of course, Trumpkin promises to lower our population by about 4%.
spdrun
ParticipantTwo ways to lower prices:
(1) Increase supply
(2) Reduce demandIf you want lower prices, vote for the candidate most likely to “reduce demand” so to speak 😉

ParticipantWell, I can’t vote for Trump because he’s a bigoted pig who seems to harbor a large dislike for many people whom I love.
But hey, I fully support lower property prices and higher interest rates. So maybe that aspect of a Trump win wouldn’t be so bad.

ParticipantAre you sure they’re not just over-reacting to San Berdoo?
spdrun
ParticipantI wonder what would happen if some kid sets off some firecrackers, or a motorcycle backfires. Would the armed high-school dropout fuckheads ventilate each other?
And why not give away the location? You actually give enough of a shit about Mall*Wart to want a location that hires asswipes not to go bust? I think people should have the choice to avoid a pesthole that does this. California ain’t Tejas.

ParticipantRegarding motorcycles: I used mine like a car, so I often started it at odd hours. I just kept the stock/quiet pipe on it. If you’re one of the “loud pipes save lives” Hardley-Ableson crowd, you’re inconsiderate by definition.
If you keep the stock muffler on a relatively modern bike, it shouldn’t wake half the block even at 3 am.

ParticipantI don’t like Hillary.

Participantbearishgurl — the Covered California thing doesn’t make sense. At least in NY, you can buy insurance through the exchange WITHOUT asking for a subsidy. At that point, they don’t really care about your income.
Also, with the realtor example, aren’t most salesmen paid on 1099? That’s not reported till the end of the year, not reported monthly.
Trump’s wives — I’m much happier dating 1st and 2nd generation people. That’s all I can say. Mail-order would be a bit of a stretch, but it’s easy to meet women who aren’t American in a city like NY or LA.

Participantlivinincali — FACTORY tint can’t be removed. It’s part of the glass! You’d actually have to have the windows in question replaced.
I’d assume that California bans additional tint on front windows, not factory. If it meets US safety standards, it can be registered in CA, at least as a used car.
spdrun
ParticipantOK, before you go to court, go to the police station and show them that the tint is not aftermarket.
spdrun
ParticipantOK. It’s factory tint. Any halfway sentient human should be able to notice (a) factory markings on the glass and (b) lack of plastic tintfilm inside the glass. Take it to the cops first, it seems dumb to pay for an expert opinion unless they still whine about it.

ParticipantOr someone on his campaign team got him hooked on coke and meth. “Yep, Don, try this, this will keep you awake for the debate.” One can hope, right?
spdrun
Participant… or just sniff for truffles.
spdrun
ParticipantSo go to the local pigsty and explain the situation to a different denizen of said venue. Any half-competent cop should be able to tell factory tint from added tint.
If the tint was illegally dark, the car wouldn’t have been allowed to be sold in the US.
