So it was underpriced originally? My agent said it just needed new carpet. I fail to see how new carpet and some paint is worth a 100,000 premium (sale price to current list). OTOH, I believe it is just inside boundaries of L.R. Green Elementary, a huge plus over the neighboring school.

Great news. SD definitely needs more supply. That will definitely bring prices down.[/quote]Is there sewer out there? We’ve been surprised to learn just how much of Escondido is on septic, including a couple of houses we looked at out that way.
