Participant
Romney is quite credible and even electable.
While not a big fan, i agree. Though probably more electable in a general than in Republican primaries. Same thing with T Paw.

Participant
Concho, you are so right about listening to that inner voice. The trouble is most people do not even hear it, much less heed it.
Eeek. If i listened to my inner voice, my wife would be hollering for a 5150. Again. Damn thing never shuts up. But I hardly ever listen. The voice, not my wife. But sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference.

ParticipantYou’re right that he would be an American citizen no matter where he was born because his mother was an American citizen. There is a question whether he would be a “natural born citizen” if he was born outside the US or a US protectorate (and some other exceptions). If he was in fact born in Kenya, he would still be a US citizen. His parents would have taken rediculous steps to plan and prove his Hawaii birth for absolutely no other reason than they planned on him being a candidate for president. No other reason. An absolutely rediculous idea.

Participant
Thanks. I thought that it would cause buyers to pause. Would the seller have to disclose this to the realtor handling the sale?
That’s why i said not all by itself. You skipped the part about the property being for sale 🙂 The disclosure part is above my pay grade. It should, however, show up on a title report, and a lender, I suspect, would require that it be cleared before funding a loan.
