ParticipantHere’s another one with wild pricing. Sold in Dec 09 for 477K, on the market now for 815K. The address is 1503 Dale St in South Park. The odd thing is, it’s really hard to find that original 477K sale recorded anywhere. I think the real estate agent deleted the history from Zillow. Ed Landsberg of Scott & Quinn (he lives in the neighborhood and always manages to get the most outrageous prices for his sellers), and Rancho Buena Vista Realty (they’re a family owned business with an office on 30th St between north and south park). There’s also Elsa benedict, a realtor with an office on Beech St, right in the heart of south park. Hope this helps, and welcome to the ‘hood.
