    The sin of it is the owner was put into this house by a slimebag Mortgage Broker flipper who owned this home and a few others. He put him into it with 100% financing in Jan 2007 at a very high price. Its not the first time he did it either.

    I hope he gets whats coming to him.

    SEH is getting slaughtered as expected by everyone. Those houses on Maritime are not in Aviara. There are also under the biggest powerlines I have ever seen not to mention impacted by frequent landings and takeoffs at Palomar Airport.

    The majority own homes and have owned them for a long time. You also need to look past SoCal as this is a much larger world out there of which we are a small portion.
