ParticipantI just ran a statiistical query for Sd County and then went through each market area and ran reports for sq ftage under 1 to pick up all the sales with no sq footage entered. As of today, I came up with 24,498 andit looks like my 25K is in the bag!

ParticipantThe quality of construction in the older VP homes is pretty weak. Bathrooms are tiny and the neighborhoods have more riff raff than Summerhill. I also believe in getting more sq ft for the money even though they are attached.
If you had a couple kids and got stuck in a home longer than you wanted what would you rather be in. A smaller detached or a bigger attached home.
BTW, The 1745 SH floorplan is really nice also. It has 3 BR’s up and a great kitchen set up with a breakfast nook and private patio in front.
