    Ozzie,
    Dont try to compare your house or any others to the one at the end of your street. That was a unique situation and one of less than 5 in LCV that could garner that type of attention. When the house 3 doors down sells you will see the market has not been flat for 3.5 years. Why dont you compare the current value of any of the other homes you sold there in the last couple years with what they could go for today?

    Nice catch on the trend vis a vis last year LAR.

    Short sales 6,798 up from 6,642.

    Countywide we are at 17,539 up from 17,534 essentially flat again from last week.

    farbet,
    KB is selling very plain vanilla homes w/o the upgrades the others are including. They lack views other than those of industrial parks. The quality of construction is also night and day compared to the others.
