ParticipantFWIW, many short sale approvals are coming out with stipulations that the seller can not know or be related to the buyer.

ParticipantActually jenae’s sales were nopt used as comps for all other sales. All the agent sin the area knew there was something wrong with the sales and the stand head and shoulders above the other sales of much nicer homes in that same time range. The real impact of those homes is being felt now that they are being sold off. Amazingly none have hit the REO market yet. If and when they do ,that is when their true impact will be felt.

ParticipantActually school district boundaries can change quite often. There is a community in Encinitas on the the South Carlsbad border called Bridgewater they got bounced around a couple years in a row between El Camino Creek and Flora Vista (both exceptional schools) in the last 10 years. The same thing happened to Mar Brisa (switching between Aviara Oaks and Pacific Rim) near but not in Aviara.
Stick with the school district websites and verify the boundaries by phone or in person before you make a decision based upon information on a website.
