Cadencia is very much in the San Dieguito/Enc school districts.
If you follow the creek closely you can see it goes through Box Canyon up to the edge of the water treatment plant at Melrose & RSF rds, passes under RSF road and goes through the industrial park on the east side of RSF Rd. All the existing Lc Oaks homes are San Dieg schools. As you travel toward San Elijo on RSF you see massive grading for the second phase of LC Oaks which will likely sit unbuilt for a few more years. Those homes I believe are in SM schools even though they fall on the right side of the creek. I’m not sure about this and if it is true why it would be an exception.

The Balerus homes are in either Carlsbad or SM however inter-district transfers are possible particularly if they were already going there b4 moving to LC Greens.
